About the role

  • HR Intern at a leading solar module manufacturer managing administrative HR tasks and engaging in various projects to enhance company development. Opportunity to contribute ideas and gain insights into different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative HR processes such as time tracking, maintaining personnel changes, social insurances, etc.
  • Working with a process management software and gaining insight into running a digital company
  • Responsibility for specific projects related to ongoing company development — these will be discussed with you and can be increased over time
  • Opportunity to contribute your ideas and receive support to ensure successful implementation
  • Supporting our employees and addressing their concerns
  • Insights into other departments — as a floater you will bring variety to your day-to-day work

Requirements

  • Strong IT affinity — you enjoy working with modern software and are not afraid to learn new things
  • You enjoy working in an office and are proficient at efficient work on a PC/laptop
  • You are organized, reliable, and enjoy working in a structured way
  • Enthusiasm for and interest in HR topics
  • Openness to learning new things — including outside HR
  • Good German language skills
  • Some prior HR experience is a plus but not required
