About the role

  • Manager HR IT responsible for leading the HR-IT team with a focus on LOGA. Creating sustainable solutions for demanding customers and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume both technical and disciplinary responsibility for our HR-IT division with a focus on LOGA
  • You combine leadership, client responsibility and hands-on HR-IT expertise — developing sustainable solutions for demanding clients together with your team
  • Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects — from concept through to production rollout
  • Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules
  • Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and compliance with defined service-level standards
  • Managing complex interfaces to client systems and external partners
  • Developing standards, best practices and scalable service processes
  • Acting as a sparring partner for senior management and clients on HR-IT matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with substantial HR/payroll further training
  • Several years of experience in the HR-IT environment with strong LOGA expertise
  • Deep practical experience in customization, preferably in payroll and time management
  • Experience in project management and, ideally, in leading staff
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decision-making ability and a structured working style
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Experience in a service or BPO environment is an advantage.
