Responsibilities
As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume both technical and disciplinary responsibility for our HR-IT division with a focus on LOGA
You combine leadership, client responsibility and hands-on HR-IT expertise — developing sustainable solutions for demanding clients together with your team
Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects — from concept through to production rollout
Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules
Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and compliance with defined service-level standards
Managing complex interfaces to client systems and external partners
Developing standards, best practices and scalable service processes
Acting as a sparring partner for senior management and clients on HR-IT matters.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with substantial HR/payroll further training
Several years of experience in the HR-IT environment with strong LOGA expertise
Deep practical experience in customization, preferably in payroll and time management
Experience in project management and, ideally, in leading staff
Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decision-making ability and a structured working style
Excellent German and good English skills
Experience in a service or BPO environment is an advantage.
