E-Commerce Manager responsible for optimizing ZeinPharma's online shop and its operational strategy. Involves technical tracking setup and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
E‑Commerce & Online Shop: Operational and strategic responsibility for our online shop.
Shop optimization with respect to conversion, UX, funnel and customer journey.
Maintenance and optimization of product data and content in the shop.
Tech & Tracking: Implementation, management and optimization of tracking solutions (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, server-side tracking).
Setup and maintenance of pixels, tags, events & custom conversions.
Implementation and testing of A/B test setups.
Collaboration with developers or agencies on technical improvements.
Data-driven derivation of growth and optimization measures. Support in building automated processes.
Requirements
Degree in business, computer science, e‑commerce or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in e‑commerce – ideally in the supplements, fitness, health or food sector.
Technical affinity and experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tracking and feed management.
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – sufficient to implement tracking codes, perform shop adjustments or debugging.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
