About the role

  • Director of Product Marketing for a martech company driving global product positioning and strategy. Leading the product marketing team to achieve measurable gains in adoption, revenue, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of product messaging and positioning—crafting clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with target audiences and reflect both current & future solutions
  • Integrate brand positioning shifts seamlessly across all solution systems to maintain consistency and clarity.
  • Drive alignment on messaging and positioning across cross-functional teams, ensuring every new launch and market update is supported by cohesive, up-to-date messaging across sales assets, enablement materials, and customer touchpoints.
  • Own relationships with UK-based PM leadership and run end-to-end product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful comms, launch assets, campaigns, and enablement
  • Measure the success of product launches using leading and lagging indicators, tying usage, adoption, and access to revenue impact and churn reduction.
  • Provide expert guidance to London-based product marketers running lower-tier releases
  • Create new and refresh outdated sales decks, customer presentations, and enablement materials to support sales and partner teams.
  • Collaborate closely with content and brand teams for thought leadership content, including blogs, webinars and videos to accelerate the buyer’s journey and elevate the brand.
  • Work with our enablement lead to build and deliver training programs to enable internal and external teams to effectively communicate product value and differentiation.
  • Work with our VP of PMM and sales leadership to establish and maintain a true competitive intelligence program, synthesizing market trends and competitor insights into actionable recommendations for product and GTM teams.
  • Equip sales and product teams with ongoing competitive insights and battle cards to support strategic decision-making and differentiation.
  • Work with our Director of Customer Marketing on customer advocacy initiatives such as reference programs, case studies, and testimonials to amplify customer success stories.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product to incorporate feedback into the roadmap and improve alignment with customer needs.
  • Help us create better internal feedback loops, as well, to optimize our content and collateral using in-field learnings from sales and customer teams
  • Serve as a key partner to Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders, building strong cross-functional relationships and driving alignment on shared goals.
  • Help us establish our presence within key online review sites like G2, Gartner, etc.
  • Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and fostering trust across teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Previous technical role within market research, consumer insights, or adjacent technology is essential. You already understand the personas, problems to solve, and complexities of emerging markets. ** ​**
  • Proven Success in High-Growth Environments: Minimum of 6+ years in B2B SaaS, with experience in enterprise or mid-market environments. Familiarity with SaaS Product Management is a plus.
  • Proactive & Self-Directed: Strive to make everything better and help enhance the work of others around you. Able to execute initiatives independently, navigating dependencies.
  • Strategic Execution & ROI Focus: Demonstrated ability to tie marketing initiatives directly to revenue impact, feature adoption, and churn reduction, with measurable results.
  • Ownership of Initiatives: Experience driving projects from ideation to completion, building scalable processes, and achieving cross-functional alignment.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: A trusted leader who has successfully gained buy-in across product, engineering, and GTM teams, and who leads by example while mentoring peers and team members.
  • Content & Enablement Excellence: Ability to create high-impact assets and tools that drive enablement success and ensure GTM teams are equipped to excel. Push high quality standards across all initiatives you touch.
