Responsibilities
- Leading the full lifecycle of corporate development projects, including fundraising, M&A, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic, operational, or analytical environments such as Corp Dev, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or VC preferably in Fintech or Tech
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and navigating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skillfulness to formulate business opportunities thoroughly, propose sound business cases and drive progress.
- Strong versatility and quick learner
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the APAC region (especially SEA).
