About the role

- Utilize product development methodologies to translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Participate in product prioritization activities based on business and customer impact
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality functional solutions
- Ensure successful product launches by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and collaborating closely with product marketing and support teams
- Take ownership of tier-3 escalated issues, conducting thorough troubleshooting and investigatory work prior to escalation
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze product usage and assess the impact of released features on overall success metrics
Requirements
- Technical and/or analytical education (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics)
- Background in Product Management with a proven track record of successful product launches and optimizations
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
