Responsibilities
- Integrate our Network fleet, enhancing the relationship and communication between clients and suppliers
- Gather and understand customer feedback with empathy
- Analyze the real impact on our clients' operations
- Balance long-term product vision and business necessities
- Work on feature designs and specifications with Design and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement team on new product features
- Work with Product Marketing team on GTM strategies and customer engagement
- Support Engineering throughout development to anticipate challenges
- Analyze metrics to understand customer behaviour and product performance
- Continuously learn and experiment with new approaches
Requirements
- Previous experience as a product manager, or someone in a similar role
- Team player with a strong willingness to be impactful on our customers' daily lives
- Awesome time management and prioritising skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focus and being able to have fun while delivering awesome products.
