Requirements
- Lead Product Strategy: Define, evolve, and execute the strategy for a small but critical product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Own the Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a primary product liaison with customers—leading discovery sessions, gathering insights, validating concepts, and representing the product in client meetings and industry events.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of product enhancements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and refine product positioning.
- Product Evangelism: Champion the product vision internally and externally, providing thought leadership and promoting product value across the organisation.
- Performance & Metrics: Define and track key product KPIs to measure success, guide decision-making, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Delivery Oversight: Support planning, prioritisation, and execution throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and beyond.
