About the role

  • Responsable Développement at YNOV Campus Toulouse managing BtoC & BtoB teams, optimizing sales funnels, and developing partnerships for student employability.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving commercial targets
  • Manage B2C and B2B teams
  • Optimize the sales funnel
  • Drive commercial activity
  • Develop strategic partnerships to support growth and student employability
  • Oversee team activities: work distribution and coordination
  • Define and track collective and individual objectives
  • Report team activity to Management through regular reports
  • Ensure compliance with processes, including Qualiopi
  • Daily analysis of performance indicators: dashboards
  • Define and implement corrective actions
  • Develop external partnerships to facilitate student placement

Requirements

  • Degree in business, management, commercial development or equivalent
  • Proven experience in managing commercial activities and leading teams in the education or training sector
  • Strong command of performance indicator analysis, reporting, and management of corrective action plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with negotiation, partnership development and institutional representation
  • Organized, agile and proactive
