About the role
- Demand Planning Manager responsible for shaping demand forecasts at WD-40 Company. Leading the regional demand planning team and ensuring alignment across business functions.
Responsibilities
- Forecast Development: Lead all aspects of the collaborative forecasting process.
- Performance Tracking: Track actual sales vs. forecast, escalating significant variances.

Requirements
- Strong experience in a demand planning or forecasting role
- Proven success in delivering accurate, insight-driven forecasts
- Prior experience in a collaborative leadership role
- Broad FMCG or consumer packaged goods experience
- Previous experience using statistical forecasting
