About the role

Responsibilities
- Creating daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant
- Supporting our F&B Assistant in personnel management
- Onboarding and training new sales staff
- Supervising sales trainees/apprentices
- Contributing to the optimization of workflows
- Working in sales, from merchandise presentation to direct sales activities
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints from POS systems
- Ordering goods and conducting inventory counts
- Implementing measures to improve quality and increase sales
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or similar qualification
- Ideally proven experience as a shift leader in retail, restaurant, hospitality or a comparable position (career changers are also welcome)
- Preferably initial experience in personnel management
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
