Responsibilities
Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
Support our F&B Assistant in staff management.
Onboard new employees.
Supervise apprentices in service.
Contribute to optimizing work processes.
Work in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints via POS/cash systems.
Order supplies and conduct inventories.
Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.
Requirements
Ideally completed training in hospitality or retail, or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position is desirable.
Ideally some experience in personnel management.
Enjoy working in guest service.
Good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
