About the role

Responsibilities
- Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant
- Support our F&B Assistant with staff management
- Onboard and train new sales employees
- Supervise sales trainees/apprentices
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows
- Work in sales, from merchandise presentation to direct sales activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints using POS systems
- Order stock and carry out inventory counts
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales
Requirements
- Completed training as a retail salesperson, sales clerk, or a similar qualification
- Ideally prior experience as a shift leader in retail, restaurant, hospitality or a comparable role (career changers are welcome)
- Preferably initial experience in people management
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
