About the role

  • Teamleiter Service in der Gastronomie als Floormanager im Center Parcs, Park Bispinger Heide. Verantwortlich für das F&B Team und den Gästeservice mit flexibler Arbeitszeit.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
  • Support our F&B Assistant with staff management.
  • Onboard and train new employees.
  • Supervise trainees in the service area.
  • Contribute to optimizing work processes.
  • Participate in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS system.
  • Order supplies and conduct inventories.
  • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Ideally completed training in hospitality, retail, or a similar qualification.
  • Initial professional experience as a shift leader or in a comparable role is desirable.
  • Preferably some experience in staff supervision.
  • Enthusiasm for guest service.
  • Good spoken and written English and German.
