About the role

  • UK Commercial Sales Lead overseeing retail sales channels and driving growth for yfood products in the UK. Build key partnerships and develop sales strategies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the P&L for UK retail channels and customers
  • Define and deliver the UK sales and channel strategy
  • Create and deliver revenue plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead/guide strategic relationships with key UK retail partners
  • Own commercial negotiations including pricing, trade terms, and in-store execution excellence
  • Scale existing accounts while opening new revenue channels
  • Track performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Build, lead, and develop the UK sales team

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in UK Food & Drink retail sales
  • Strong experience across grocery, high street, and convenience/wholesale channels
  • Proven success winning new retail accounts and scaling existing partnerships
  • Experience owning retail P&Ls and managing complex route-to-market strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • A growth mindset, high energy, and strong sense of ownership
