Responsibilities
Manage the P&L for UK retail channels and customers
Define and deliver the UK sales and channel strategy
Create and deliver revenue plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Lead/guide strategic relationships with key UK retail partners
Own commercial negotiations including pricing, trade terms, and in-store execution excellence
Scale existing accounts while opening new revenue channels
Track performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Build, lead, and develop the UK sales team
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in UK Food & Drink retail sales
Strong experience across grocery, high street, and convenience/wholesale channels
Proven success winning new retail accounts and scaling existing partnerships
Experience owning retail P&Ls and managing complex route-to-market strategies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
A growth mindset, high energy, and strong sense of ownership
