About the role

  • ServiceNow GRC Engagement Manager driving GRC project implementations for Capgemini. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery ensuring business value and risk management alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery.
  • Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Drive the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their operational needs.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with IT governance.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than fifteen years of experience in IT project management.
  • At least three years dedicated to ServiceNow projects.
  • Proven experience implementing or modernizing GRC solutions or IRM modules.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent; ServiceNow GRC certification is desirable.
