About the role

  • Senior Analyst for Educational Experience leading projects at YDUQS. Focused on strengthening academic talent attraction and retention initiatives while enhancing the educational system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives for the faculty area, ensuring planning, execution, schedule tracking, risk management, and delivery;
  • Design and implement employer brand initiatives targeted at faculty to strengthen attraction and retention of academic talent;
  • Lead and evolve the course coordinator program, supporting the definition of guidelines, development, and monitoring of this academic leadership;
  • Plan and execute internal marketing (endomarketing) actions directed at faculty, focusing on engagement and institutional communication;
  • Work collaboratively with CX (Customer Experience), Teaching, and PEA areas to ensure initiatives are aligned with the faculty experience and academic quality;
  • Perform data and KPI analysis, generating insights to support decision-making and prioritization of strategic initiatives;
  • Establish and monitor indicators related to faculty departures/turnover, identifying causes and trends and proposing retention actions;
  • Develop and implement initiatives related to organizational culture, promoting engagement, belonging, and alignment with institutional values;
  • Define project governance for the area, including KPI monitoring, results consolidation, and leading periodic executive meetings;
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership, ensuring visibility of deliverables, results, and project progress;
  • Serve as the focal point between academic and corporate areas, ensuring alignment and execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable;
  • Experience in project management (PMO) is desirable;
  • Experience with strategic projects in culture, employee experience, or organizational development;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or similar);
  • Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and producing executive reports;
  • Advantage: experience working with faculty or in higher education institutions.
