About the role
- Join HII's Mission Technologies as a Work Integration Analyst supporting AIT/CCT work control and documentation. Coordinate with diverse teams for optimal project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the SUPSHIPNN Work Integration Team by coordinating AIT/CCT work control, tracking, and documentation
- Develop and maintain an AIT/CCT Tracker spreadsheet
- Identify contractor work and produce CCT Memorandums of Agreement (MOA)
- Participate in the review and update of Team Memoranda
- Monitor the progress of all maintenance providers
- Provide metrics as requested by the Work Integration Manager (WIM)
- Support Project Orientation Briefs to ensure understanding of work requirements
- Develop a close working relationship between Ship's Force and various CCT Government OSRs and NNS
- Assist the WIM in representing project interest in conferences and meetings
- Discuss problems with the WIM and take action to resolve issues
Requirements
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
- U.S. Navy experience as a Work Center Supervisor or higher
- Aircraft carrier operational or maintenance experience
- Strong writing and public-speaking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Current, valid DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher
- Self-starting, result-orientated professional
