About the role

  • Join HII's Mission Technologies as a Work Integration Analyst supporting AIT/CCT work control and documentation. Coordinate with diverse teams for optimal project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the SUPSHIPNN Work Integration Team by coordinating AIT/CCT work control, tracking, and documentation
  • Develop and maintain an AIT/CCT Tracker spreadsheet
  • Identify contractor work and produce CCT Memorandums of Agreement (MOA)
  • Participate in the review and update of Team Memoranda
  • Monitor the progress of all maintenance providers
  • Provide metrics as requested by the Work Integration Manager (WIM)
  • Support Project Orientation Briefs to ensure understanding of work requirements
  • Develop a close working relationship between Ship's Force and various CCT Government OSRs and NNS
  • Assist the WIM in representing project interest in conferences and meetings
  • Discuss problems with the WIM and take action to resolve issues

Requirements

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
  • 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
  • U.S. Navy experience as a Work Center Supervisor or higher
  • Aircraft carrier operational or maintenance experience
  • Strong writing and public-speaking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Current, valid DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher
  • Self-starting, result-orientated professional
