About the role

  • Marketing Analyst focusing on performance media campaigns in the education sector. Managing digital advertising across various platforms to optimize results with strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads platforms, focusing on performance and results generation;
  • Oversee digital media management and lead generation via the website, in partnership with external agencies;
  • Monitor and guide partner agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, standardization and achievement of company objectives;
  • Develop tactical media plans together with agencies, defining investment strategies, targeting and channels;
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs such as CPI, conversion rate, CPC, Impression Share, ROAS, and other relevant metrics;
  • Review ads, creative assets, targeting and other campaign configurations on platforms, ensuring high performance and correct implementation;
  • Track campaign schedules (always-on and time-limited campaigns), ensuring proper execution across platforms;
  • Manage the briefing flow and requests for media assets, following up on demands with the responsible teams;
  • Monitor and analyze the conversion funnel (websites, landing pages and user journeys), identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Perform continuous analyses and campaign optimizations, focusing on improving results and investment efficiency;
  • Prepare and present reports and performance analyses to different areas of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
  • Deep knowledge of media, including understanding campaign setup and structure across channels such as website journeys, social networks, YouTube, etc., and budget tracking;
  • Knowledge of content marketing for lead generation, influencer marketing and programmatic media;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint;
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 and Data Studio;
  • Familiarity with major media platforms: Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, GDN, YouTube and Search), Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms;
  • Experience in advertising agencies and/or in media planning is desirable.
