About the role

  • Founding Sales/Commercial Lead responsible for Yasu’s sales strategies and growth. Engaging in enterprise sales and optimizing the sales funnel in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be our first commercial hire
  • You'll own both our product-led growth motion and founder-led enterprise sales
  • You'll work closely with the founding team to define our target markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, and scale the sales team over time
  • Generate and close deals: Outbound, inbound, PLG conversions
  • Build the sales playbook: Sequences, pricing conversations, objection handling, handoffs, CRM hygiene
  • Run the Yasu Lite funnel: Get maximum signups, figure out what converts, optimize relentlessly
  • Feed insights back to product

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with experience selling to mid-market or enterprise
  • Have closed deals yourself end-to-end
  • Have worked at an early-stage startup (pre-seed to series A/B) before
  • Can context-switch between running a PLG funnel and navigating a 3-month enterprise sales cycle
  • Are comfortable selling something technical to engineering buyers
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apptio, Clay)
