Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new retail partners and developing dealer networks in Baden-Württemberg. Engaging in customer relations and collaborating with internal sales teams.
Responsibilities
Acquire new retail partners (e.g., bookstores, stationery stores, office and school supply retailers) and service outlets (e.g., Mr. Minit, parcel shops, specialty stores)
Independently manage clients — from initial contact and proposal negotiation through to contract conclusion
Develop existing business relationships and strengthen customer loyalty through advisory and sales-support measures
Build a regional dealer network and identify new sales opportunities
Attend trade fairs
Work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve common targets
Requirements
Several years of field sales experience, ideally in a retail environment or direct sales
Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and proven closing skills at decision-maker level
Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
Confident, persuasive manner and enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships
Commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient with common Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel within the region and a valid Class B driving license
