About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for building and developing B2B markets in the precious metals industry. Collaborating closely to drive new business and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Actively position the company in the market and sustainably expand regional presence
  • Independently build and develop your sales territory with a focus on sustainable B2B new business
  • Conduct discussions at decision-maker level, quickly identify opportunities and consistently convert them into closed deals
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process — from planning through successful closing
  • Work closely with internal sales/inside sales for short communication lines, fast coordination and smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Strong hunter mentality and genuine drive to build markets rather than merely manage existing accounts
  • Experience in field sales, ideally in B2B sales, trading, or a dynamic, consultative environment
  • Independent, structured working style with a clear focus on results and performance
  • Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly
