Responsibilities
Define ENODE’s commercial strategy across B2B and B2C
Build and own the entire sales funnel
Acquire the first customers and close key deals
Identify high-potential segments and unlock demand
Develop scalable go-to-market approaches (community, partnerships, direct sales)
Work closely with Product & Marketing to shape the offering and positioning
Establish the foundation for a future sales organization
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, or early-stage growth
Strong drive to close deals and generate revenue
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with uncertainty
Willingness to exchange a fixed salary for significant upside participation
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Interest in sports, performance, or data-driven products is a plus
Fluent in German and English
