About the role

  • First commercial hire at ENODE leading sales strategy and building the sales funnel. Responsible for acquiring customers and developing go-to-market approaches in the sports technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Define ENODE’s commercial strategy across B2B and B2C
  • Build and own the entire sales funnel
  • Acquire the first customers and close key deals
  • Identify high-potential segments and unlock demand
  • Develop scalable go-to-market approaches (community, partnerships, direct sales)
  • Work closely with Product & Marketing to shape the offering and positioning
  • Establish the foundation for a future sales organization

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or early-stage growth
  • Strong drive to close deals and generate revenue
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with uncertainty
  • Willingness to exchange a fixed salary for significant upside participation
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Interest in sports, performance, or data-driven products is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
