Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through daily interactions, including inbound and outbound call management
Ensure accurate and timely order entry in SAP, securing smooth downstream processing and coordination with Transport Management
Follow up on customer requests and operational tasks, ensuring high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience
Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases with efficiency and precision
Be a role model of Yara’s culture, where health, environment, safety, and quality are top priorities
Requirements
Good German and English language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is considered a strong advantage
Eligible to work in Lithuania (the position is based in Lithuania)
