Identify, target and secure new rental opportunities
Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals close deals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Commercial acumen with financial and pricing understanding
Strong B2B sales and business development capability in pumping and or rental sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with market analysis skills
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within similar industries.
