About the role

  • Rental Sales role developing new rental opportunities for Xylem, a leading water technology company. Focus on building client relationships and expanding rental markets across Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and secure new rental opportunities
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals close deals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Commercial acumen with financial and pricing understanding
  • Strong B2B sales and business development capability in pumping and or rental sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with market analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within similar industries.
