Sales Representative for XTM Group driving growth and expanding client base in Canada. Involved in prospecting, relationship-building, and full sales cycle management.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow XTM’s presence in Canada
Drive new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, outreach and relationship-building
Represent XTM products at industry events, tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings
Collaborate closely with our Sales Engineering team, who will support with product demos and technical expertise
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
Maintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clients
Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Requirements
Experience in Translation Management Systems, or Localization Technology industry is a huge asset
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of driving new business
Perfectly bilingual in English and French
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to travel for client meetings, conferences, and tradeshows
