About the role

  • Sales Closer for Home Agent, a leader in call center services, focusing on B2C/B2B educational sales.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with leads, guiding the sale of the course.
  • Conduct consultative meetings and calls (voice and/or video) with a focus on immediate closing.
  • Deeply understand the lead’s profile and pain points, identify professional goals and project the real benefits of the postgraduate program.
  • Present proposals clearly, with authority and urgency, driving the lead to make a decision.
  • Overcome strategic objections (investment, time, technical insecurity, etc.) using technical and emotional argumentation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets with a 100% focus on performance and revenue generation.
  • Contribute to commercial intelligence by suggesting improvements to the pitch, recurring objections, and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Proven experience in consultative sales with a closing focus (B2C or B2B with mid-to-high ticket value).
  • Persuasive ability and mastery of sales techniques.
  • Comfortable with aggressive targets and a performance-based variable compensation model.
  • Ability to lead the customer’s decision with authority, empathy and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication — professional and persuasive demeanor.
  • Preferred (strong advantage): Experience in education, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or franchising.
  • Experience with a structured sales funnel (pre-sales + closing).
  • Knowledge of smart follow-up strategies and sales via WhatsApp/online meetings.
  • Performance-focused profile, financial ambition and owner mentality.
  • Soft skills: Strategic mindset and results orientation (non-operational).
  • High energy, resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and to learn about the product rapidly.
  • Ability to work in a home-office (remote) model.
