About the role

  • Customer service position dedicated to the LGBT community, handling inquiries in a home office setting. Candidates should reside in São Paulo, with flexibility to visit the office occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our customers for various inquiries related to their product or service. Support may be provided through multiple channels: Voice, Chat, Email, Social Media, or Omnichannel;
  • Inbound or Outbound customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to work remotely (home office);
  • Have an appropriate home office workspace (desk, chair, and a quiet environment);
  • Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo area;
  • Availability to occasionally work from our office in Osasco, SP;
  • Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (Ethernet; not using Wi‑Fi);
  • Experience as an inbound or outbound Customer Service Agent;
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly.
