Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments for in-home service connections
  • Communicating with customers by phone and in writing
  • Receiving and handling customer complaints
  • Maintaining and updating data in client portals

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in data maintenance
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
  • Very good German language skills
  • IT skills are a plus
