Responsibilities
- Recibir llamadas y atender clientes vía telefónica para ofrecer algún beneficio o promoción.
- Ofrecer un producto hogar al finalizar la llamada.
Requirements
- Experiencia de 3 meses en cross selling, ventas por call center.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar 8h + 1h break en un rango de 6am a 5pm o de 9am a 8pm y descansar un día rotativo semanal.
- Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa híbrido (remoto 3 semanas y presencial 1 semana).
- Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión híbrida al 2do mes.
