About the role

  • Assist the marketing automation team in the setup and management of marketing automation platforms.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing copy, and scheduling campaigns.
  • Assist in building targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behaviors and preferences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in creating and updating marketing collateral, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Collaborate and assist the marketing team in coming up with strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT is required.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing automation, and data analytics.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, FreshWorks, Salesforce, MailChimp, Apollo, Marketo, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
