About the role
- Supply Chain Costing Analyst ensuring accurate costing processes and compliance with financial reporting for corporate accounting. Collaborating with internal teams and preparing for year-end audits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical link between supply chain operations and corporate accounting
- Ensure accurate costing processes, support inventory audits, and drive reconciliation between subledgers and the General Ledger
- Document workflows, enhance reporting, and provide training to internal teams, enabling compliance and improved financial visibility
- Understand and document the end-to-end costing module workflow
- Prepare for the Year-End Inventory Audits
- Reconcile variances between inventory subledgers and the General Ledger
- Create detailed documentation of costing workflows and train Finance and Corporate Reporting teams to become superusers
- Collaborate with FP&A to enhance margin reporting and support analysis of yield results (e.g., BCF Yield) as they relate to costing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory costing principles and accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems and costing modules (Oracle Fusion)
- Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
