Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor performance by mapping detailed workflows, defining relevant KPIs, and building intelligent tools for dynamic tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to optimize processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by translating long-term performance targets into actionable short- and mid-term initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making: translate business needs into queries, work comfortably with SQL-based environments (e.g., Snowflake), make data accessible and understandable, and collaborate with data teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, École Polytechnique, Mines, Centrale, etc.) or a top-tier university (Sciences Po, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Strong interest in data analytics and data visualization.
  • Problem-solver with a meticulous attention to quality and detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset in changing situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Operations, and Data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with resilience.
  • Full professional fluency in English and French.
