About the role

  • Managing key academic support projects for the Office of the Provost. Overseeing program reviews, compliance, and academic integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and directing key academic support projects for the Office of the Provost
  • Serve as Provost Office primary contact on compliance topics
  • Assists Vice Provost to collect, analyze, and visualize graduate student life cycle data
  • Build, implement, and manage the graduate program review process
  • Plan and develop each review, lead the support team, and ensure evaluation meets initial charge
  • Direct data reporting projects on Graduate Student University policies
  • Partner with schools to implement policies and collect school policies
  • Serve as departmental liaison to ensure PhD programs align with university policies
  • Update administration on educational regulations changes
  • Manage degree approval process and communicate related requests
  • Serve as academic integrity resource to departments
  • Collaborate with campus partners through advocacy, leadership, and communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years relevant experience or Master's degree and 5 years relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in higher education and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of WashU systems, including SLATE and Workday.
  • Ability to relate well to a variety of constituents on academic and personal levels.
  • Broad understanding of the issues of higher education, assessment, and research methods.
  • Experience in Graduate Education dynamics and culture.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications /Professional Licenses : No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
