  • Wundmanager providing professional care for chronic wounds in a home setting. Collaborating closely with patients, families, and care teams for optimal treatment execution.

Responsibilities

  • Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
  • Digital wound documentation
  • Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
  • Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
  • Ensuring prescription and supply management
  • Managing and expanding the existing client base
  • Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • State-recognized qualification as a nurse (registered nurse), pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent nursing qualification
  • Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
  • Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
  • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
  • Reliable and responsible working style
  • Driving license class B
