Requirements
- ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau)
- nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Call Center, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position
- hohe Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenzen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPI-Analysen und Qualitätsmanagement-Tools
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
