Responsibilities
Regional representation of Corteva solutions/products for specialty crops and vegetables at designed distributors and growers level in order to achieve the sales targets in the assigned area
Creates demand and sales at the grower level through campaign execution
Demonstrates portfolio strengths and benefits at field level before and after launch, ensures follow up at grower level
Understands customers insights, facilitates and executes Food Value chain activities
Collects customer complaints and feedback and facilitates settlement through the technical team
Arranges and ensures execution of sampling trials and support results sharing to customers in the designed area
Exploit expertise and crop knowledge to support customers, in order to increase penetration and SoW in the market
Achieves volume sales targets with assigned growers, within the assigned area
Accountable for sales forecasting/planning for the assigned growers
Regularly and formally collects and reports market insights, proposes changes or indicate opportunities to capture
Cooperating continuously and efficiently with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.)
Representing Corteva and its product/ service portfolio in a professional and competent manner
Follow-up of the clients’ satisfaction subsequently to the sales season’s end
To ensure compliance with local legislation and competition laws
To defend and promote the image of Corteva, its offer and services
Build solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with growers and influencers across the assigned area.
