About the role
- Safety Ops Manager for Woven City responsible for managing safety operations and compliance. Engaging in facility management and ensuring safety culture across a large-scale facility.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of construction and event information across the entire Woven City and operational adjustments for facility management
- Formulation and thorough dissemination of Woven City safety rules and on-site regulations
- On-site safety management (conducting safety patrols, corrective guidance, etc.) and executing work risk assessments
- Initial response to accidents, disasters, or facility issues; on-site verification; coordination with relevant departments and report preparation
- Formulation and maintenance of disaster prevention plans and BCPs; execution of evacuation drills and safety awareness promotion in Woven City
Requirements
- Experience in facility operations and safety management at large-scale facilities, campuses, etc. (8+ years)
- Practical experience in construction/facility safety and health management, and relevant laws (Building Management Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, etc.)
- Practical experience in work risk assessment and accident/disaster response
- Data analysis and cost management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to commute to Woven City
- Good physical stamina
- Business Level English and Native Level Japanese
