Oversee the maintenance operations of multiple properties
Perform maintenance functions as a working supervisor
Ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives
Oversee Maintenance Supervisors at the properties
Conduct weekly staff meetings
Assist Property Managers in controlling maintenance expenses
Prepare work schedules for maintenance staff and vendors
Complete monthly building inspections
Maintain working knowledge of all maintenance programs
Participate in on-call activity during off hours, emergencies and hands on maintenance activity
Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in a regional maintenance position
Minimum of 5 - 8 years supervisory experience
Some administrative and organization skills
Experience with vendor and contract management
Previous experience with budgets
Residential maintenance background
Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work collaboratively with managers and small teams to support operations.
Demonstrated organizational, recordkeeping, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
