About the role
- Develop product strategy and align it with company objectives
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and identify opportunities
- Define and prioritize goals, KPIs and success metrics
- Build, maintain and align the product roadmap with stakeholders
- Plan releases and coordinate them with engineering
- Capture, structure and prioritize customer requirements
- Work closely with UX/UI and engineering teams
- Ensure a consistent user experience across all modules
- Own end-to-end experiences from concept to launch
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- Rapid comprehension of products and technologies
- Experienced with roadmaps, user stories, backlog and KPI management
- Experience in user-centered development and usability
- Methodological skills: user journeys, personas, empathy maps
- Creative, quality-oriented, strong communicator
- Nice to have: agile experience and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
