About the role

  • Part-time Sales Consultant at Parrots Lab, a video-led digital marketing agency. Combining remote flexibility with in-person networking and client meetings across Inland Empire and Orange County.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, targeting service-based businesses.
  • Build and maintain client lists, starting locally (Redlands) before expanding into the wider region.
  • Represent Parrots Lab at networking events, chambers, and business gatherings.
  • Present comprehensive marketing solutions (video production, podcasting, social media, funnel building).
  • Manage and track sales activity on our CRM.
  • Coordinate with the CEO on client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and relationship outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Local knowledge and willingness to attend in-person events and meetings.
