Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners
Define and execute partnership strategies aligning with Workday’s roadmap
Actively support and scale the Workday Agent Partner Network

Manage the health of the partnership portfolio and meet organizational targets
Serve as the primary contact for senior leadership within partner organizations
Requirements
5+ years of partner management experience
5+ years of product management, strategy, application pre-sales, or consulting experience
2 years of experience in AI, Agentic AI, or Data Cloud topics
Proven Track Record of developing at least 5 technology partnerships
Ability to engage in functional and technical discussions with partners
Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
