Responsibilities
identify and secure new business partners outside traditional bike retail landscape
collaborate with Senior Territory Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing to define strategy for new channels
scan markets like FRA, UK, Benelux, and Italy using sales data to identify growth opportunities
lead negotiations ensuring agreements align with margin targets and brand values
collaborate with Global Marketing and local Trade Marketing teams for product presentation and visibility
ensure synchronization between supply and demand
visit partners across Europe, conduct product training, and represent woom at trade fairs
manage partnerships within systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
Requirements
solid background in Sales or Business Development
understanding of modern retail structures and shop-in-shop systems
proficient in using modern CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce & D365)
experience with digital processes such as EDI integrations
fluent in English
proficiency in French (FR) or Italian (IT) is a massive advantage
German is a welcome plus
independent but values close coordination with the team in Vienna
