About the role

  • Territory Sales Specialist for woom, focusing on B2B partnerships in new retail channels across Europe. Aiming to introduce woom bikes and accessories in toy stores and department stores.

Responsibilities

  • identify and secure new business partners outside traditional bike retail landscape
  • collaborate with Senior Territory Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing to define strategy for new channels
  • scan markets like FRA, UK, Benelux, and Italy using sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • lead negotiations ensuring agreements align with margin targets and brand values
  • collaborate with Global Marketing and local Trade Marketing teams for product presentation and visibility
  • ensure synchronization between supply and demand
  • visit partners across Europe, conduct product training, and represent woom at trade fairs
  • manage partnerships within systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce

Requirements

  • solid background in Sales or Business Development
  • understanding of modern retail structures and shop-in-shop systems
  • proficient in using modern CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce & D365)
  • experience with digital processes such as EDI integrations
  • fluent in English
  • proficiency in French (FR) or Italian (IT) is a massive advantage
  • German is a welcome plus
  • independent but values close coordination with the team in Vienna
