About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for regional customer acquisition and advisory in the automotive sector. Engaging existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
  • Responsible for sales and profitability
  • Attend WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (or class 3)
