About the role

  • Sales representative managing existing customers and acquiring new clients for automotive spare parts. Responsibilities include market analysis, sales events, and profit responsibility in Brilon, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analysis tool)
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participation in WM Werkstattmessen (workshop trade fairs)

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Valid Class B driving license (formerly Class 3)
