Responsibilities
Develop and own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the LRUS portfolio
Work with Product leaders to design, implement, and optimize commercialization frameworks and go-to-market plans
Serve as the connective tissue between Product Management and Sales Leadership and the marketing team
Influence and serve as a key stakeholder across strategic market research initiatives
Evaluate, optimize and evolve new product marketing capabilities, tools, and processes
Define and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product marketing team of 3-5 individuals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
MBA or related advanced degree a plus
10+ years of progressive experience in commercial product management or product marketing
Proven track record of successfully commercializing complex B2B products or solutions
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
Deep understanding of product management principles and the full commercialization lifecycle
Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data, customer insights, and business goals into impactful plans
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience within the legal, compliance, or regulatory technology sectors is a strong plus.
