About the role

  • Director Deal Desk handling deal governance, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration for CCH Tagetik's CPM software business in a hybrid role. Ensuring high-quality deal execution and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Governance & Commercial Policy Enforcement: Enforce commercial policies, pricing frameworks, and discounting approvals.
  • Pricing Strategy & Financial Analysis: Analyze deal structures, pricing models, and margins.
  • End-to-End Deal Support: Support deal lifecycle from quote review through contract execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Operational Excellence, Tools & Process Improvement: Optimize quote-to-cash workflow.
  • Commercial Readiness & Sales Enablement: Deliver training and documentation on deal desk practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or SaaS commercial roles.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS transactions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
