Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage deep, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the central point of contact and trusted advisor for complex financial needs.
Develop referrals and new business leads from internal and external sources, including centers of influence working with clients.
Build a strong understanding of each client’s unique family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations.
Partner with a team of experts to develop and implement customized Wealth Management strategies.
Orchestrate specialists to deliver holistic financial services, including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
Develop tailored meeting agendas, presentations, and relationship timelines that provide proactive, targeted advice aligned to short-, medium-, and long-term client goals.
Review client accounts to assess banking, investment, and advisory needs; anticipate and create opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Contribute to organic growth by expanding existing client relationships and sourcing new ones.
Actively participate in the development of new and integrated solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Engage subject-matter experts, when appropriate, and close sales opportunities.
Ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging client needs.
Incorporate digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics)
10–15 years of industry experience, including significant experience in relationship management and portfolio management
MBA or post-graduate degree preferred
Professional certifications preferred (CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM)
