Responsibilities
Begeleiden van klanten in het gebruik van onze software
Gedetailleerde analyse van vragen en incidenten
Observatie om de kern van een vraag of probleem helder te schetsen
Link leggen tussen de behoefte van klanten en technologische mogelijkheden
Zelfstandig pistes uitproberen op basis van beschikbare informatiebronnen en hulp van collega’s
Bepalen van prioritaire vragen/incidenten en keuze maken in behandeling of escaleren van problemen
Helder communiceren naar klanten en collega's
Overzicht behouden van lopende aanvragen in opvolgtool
Adviseren van klanten bij vragen rond pakketten en opties
Requirements
Bachelor – denkniveau
Kennis van facturatie-boekhouding of capabel hierin de nodige kennis te verwerven
Interesse in / affiniteit met ICT en bereid verder bij te leren in dit domein
Perfect Nederlandstalig en kan professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
Snel weg in softwareapplicaties, handig in online navigeren tussen vele schermen
Troubleshooter en analytisch ingesteld
Natuurlijke drang om de oorzaak of oplossing te vinden
Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
