About the role

  • Senior Account Executive responsible for prospecting and closing sales in East Grand Rapids, MI territory. Managing existing relationships and developing strategies for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cover the East Grand Rapids, MI territory with a hybrid work model
  • Responsible for prospecting and closing sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Develop and implement selling strategies for revenue growth
  • Manage existing business relationships to achieve sales and price goals
  • Handle customer cancellation requests and provide contract education
  • Resolve customer service escalations within the territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relative work experience
  • 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments (in addition to education requirement)
